Spa Etiquette

Appointments

As a small facility, last minute changes and cancellations affect us greatly. We request a minimum 24 hours notice for a change or cancellation. If the space cannot be re-booked you will be charged for the appointment. We also offer a waiting list for last minute availability.

Scheduling

To ensure you receive the appointment time that meets your needs, we recommend that you take the time to book your next appointment before your leave Santé Wellness Centre and Spa.

Punctuality

Please arrive 10-20 minutes early for your scheduled appointment time to ensure all initial paperwork can be filled out and you have a few moments to relax and enjoy a tea prior to your appointment. If you are running behind schedule we will do our best to accommodate your scheduled appointment in the time remaining.

Cell Phones

We at Santé Wellness Centre and Spa ask that you please turn your cell phone off or to silent when you enter the facility, so not to intrude on the experience of our other clients.

Personal Belongings

Santé Wellness Centre and Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items while in our facility. If you wish, we offer secure lockers for your personal belongings during your time at the spa.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our business Santé Wellness Centre and Spa is unable to provide refunds or exchanges on our products and services. To ensure your satisfaction, please advise our staff of any allergies or sensitivities you have prior to making your purchases.
